Just 20 minutes away from Mendip Ski Camp is the beach at Weston Super-Mare, a traditional English seaside resort.
When the tide is in and the sun is shining there is no better place to spend a few hours. The beach has all the activities you could want from a traditional beach – including a pier, a promenade, donkey rides, plenty of amusements and, most importantly a plenty of golden sand.
For food, there are a number of restaurants and take-aways – but fish & chips is usually the order of the day and there are some highly rated ones along the sea-front.
