There is a lot more to Glastonbury than the music festival… although it’s not a bad thing to be known for!
Glastonbury is a quirky little town in rural Somerset, famous for it’s myths and legends. The unique high street is full of independent shops selling crystals, incense and plenty of unusal decor for your home (although there are the usual stores to be found too!)
If you’re feeling fit you can walk to the top of Glastonbury Tor for some splendid views of the county or for some history the remains of Glastonbury Abbey, set in 37 acres of land there is lots of history to discover and is home to some fantastic events throughout the year.
Glastonbury is a 40 minute drive from Mendip Ski Camp
